Meet Candy, my fluffy co-pilot.

A little about me

I’m a product designer. I make complicated products feel simple and easy to use.

Every project starts with questions: who is this for, where do they get stuck, and why. I look for answers in conversations, data and quick prototypes, then shape them into flows and interfaces that feel simple to use. I’ve done this across healthcare, fintech, travel, hiring, AI wellness and enterprise software.

  • 3+years designing products end to end
  • 6industries, from healthcare to fintech

How I work, in five stops

  1. 01

    Listen first

Interviews, surveys and usability sessions. I ask “why?” until even I’m a little tired of hearing it, because the real problem is rarely the one on the ticket.

    • User research
    • Usability testing
    • Stakeholder chats
  2. 02

    Untangle the mess

Journey maps, personas and mental models turn a heap of notes into a clear picture of who’s stuck, where, and why.

    • Journey mapping
    • Personas
    • Information architecture
  3. 03

    Sketch it ugly

Flows and wireframes, fast and rough. Ugly ideas are cheap to throw away, so I make lots of them before anything gets pretty.

    • User flows
    • Wireframes
    • Design thinking
  4. 04

    Prototype & poke

Clickable prototypes go in front of real people. Where they hesitate, I iterate. A/B tests settle the friendly arguments.

    • Prototyping
    • A/B testing
    • Iteration
  5. 05

    Ship & sweat the details

Pixel-tidy UI, a design system that keeps it consistent, and handoffs developers actually like. Then I watch the numbers and go again.

    • Design systems
    • Dev handoff

A calmer week for the people behind patient care.

I designed PrimoMD’s web app end to end: secure sign-in with MFA, weekly planning across facilities, assignments that handle leave and conflicts, and a risk-first patient list for clinical liaisons.

Big life questions, answered from your own chart.

As a freelance project, I designed Melooha’s web and mobile app around Vaani, an AI Vedic astrologer: a short onboarding with a personal reward, questions by text or voice, compatibility, horoscopes, reports and fair plans.

Turning a band’s data into next steps.

I designed all.health’s app around a smart coach: morning and evening briefs, timely nudges, a Today timeline, deep data views, and a care-team chat with text, photo and voice.

Cargo messaging, out of the legacy client.

With Shruti, I moved FLX Cargo’s messaging and configuration screens from a dense desktop client onto one clear web layout.
